GRAPEFRUIT

The grapefruit is a subtropical citrus tree known for it’s relatively sour and somewhat bitter fruit. Grapefruit is 92% water and a great source of vitamin C and vitamin A.

The sweet and juicy flavour of pink grapefruit is perfectly rounded by the subtle addition of quinine.

The finish is refreshingly dry, clean and balanced.

Mix with a classic London Dry gin and garnish with a slice of Pink Grapefruit.
