Paddy's Paloma
Paddy is the master of all things flavour at Fentimans – he is our lead flavour creator, personally smelling, touching and tasting every single raw ingredient that comes through the door. This Paloma is clean, fresh and bitter – Paddy’s favourite.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Tapatio Tequila Blanco
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 spoon sugar syrup
- Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water
- Pink Grapefruit
- Salt
Method
- Add the Tapatio Blanco Tequila, Fresh Lime Juice and 1 spoon of sugar syrup to a glass filled with ice and mix
- Top with Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water
- Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and salt rim
