To encourage collaboration and enable our team members to get to know one another more, we introduced our Walkabout Wednesday concept a number of months ago. The team are encouraged to switch desks for the day on Walkabout Wednesday, to sit in a different part of the building to their usual desk with a mix of people from other departments.
Today’s event also happened to fall on Valentines Day and was a celebration of everything rose and pink, with Rose Lemonade playing a central role. The team well and truly hit the brief and pulled out all of the stops with their pink and rose themed lunch.
