On 31st January, the whole team came together in Fearless House to walk through our 2024 Roadmap, a session designed to ensure everyone is engaged in and understands our plan for 2024 and how each team contributes to it.
To ensure maximum involvement and bring some fun to the session, all teams were encouraged to “get creative” when sharing their priorities for the year, with a “no powerpoint challenge.” Every function was involved:- Business Growth, Finance, Marketing, People & Experience, Sales and Supply Chain and the result was bucketloads of energy and creativity from everyone involved.
