Ingredients

  • 50ml Aperol
  • 100ml Fentimans Rhubarb Tonic Water
  • 100ml Prosecco
  • Orange slice

Method

  1. Fill a balloon glass with ice.
  2. Pour in 50ml Aperol.
  3. Add 100ml Fentimans Rhubarb Tonic Water.
  4. Top up with 100ml Prosecco.
  5. Add a slice of orange to garnish.
