Transport yourself to the sun-drenched shores of Mexico with the tantalising flavours of our signature Paloma cocktail. Inspired by the vibrant culture and zest for life, this refreshing serve is a celebration of citrus, tequila, and pure, unadulterated joy.

Ingredients

  • Fentimans of choice
  • 50ml Mezcal
  • 25ml Lime and mint cordial
  • 15ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
  • Garnish with lemon and optional salt rim

Method

  1. Salt rim garnish a high ball glass.
  2. Build with ice.
  3. Add 50ml Mezcal.
  4. Add 25ml lime and mint cordial.
  5. Add 15ml of sugar syrup.
  6. Top with Rose Lemonade, Victorian Lemonade or Gently Sparkling Elderflower.
  7. Garnish with lemon.
