Ingredients
- 125ml Fentimans Ginger Beer
- 25ml Espresso
- 25ml Dark Rum
- 20ml Monin Coconut Syrup
- Garnish with coconut chips
Method
- Add ice to a tall glass.
- Pour in 25ml dark rum.
- Add in 25ml espresso that has been cooled to room temperature or below.
- Pour in 25ml coconut syrup.
- Pour in 125ml Fentimans Ginger Beer over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with coconut chips.
