Ginger Zinger Mocktail

The rum-based cocktail combines the fiery warmth of ginger with the sweet and tropical notes of coconut to create a mellow coffee cocktail that will go down a treat at any time of the year. Here's how we create our Ginger Zinger... 

Ingredients

  • 125ml Fentimans Ginger Beer
  • 25ml Espresso
  • 25ml Dark Rum
  • 20ml Monin Coconut Syrup
  • Garnish with coconut chips

Method

  1. Add ice to a tall glass.
  2. Pour in 25ml dark rum.
  3. Add in 25ml espresso that has been cooled to room temperature or below.
  4. Pour in 25ml coconut syrup.
  5. Pour in 125ml Fentimans Ginger Beer over the back of a spoon.
  6. Garnish with coconut chips.
