The terms and conditions set out below apply to you (the customer). This status is obtained upon payment of goods to Fentimans.com, the supplier. The supplier, Fentimans Ltd, are registered at Fentimans Ltd, Fearless House, Beaufront Park, Anick Road, Hexham, NE46 4TU. Goods or services
All goods (items for sale on this website, not by 3rd party resellers) are subject to availability and are available for delivery to addresses in England, Wales and Central and Lower Scotland only.
Unfortunately we are unable to fulfil orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland at this moment in time. Please sign up to our newsletter for info on when these services will become available.
Fentimans Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at any time should we deem an order not to be legitimate or if we deem an order has been placed by a reseller or distributor. Should this occur after payment we endeavour to contact you with the details given by you and provide a full refund.
1. Fentimans Ltd reserves the right to limit the sale of goods to a person or geographic region.
2. Fentimans Ltd also reserves the right to limit the quantity of goods sold within an individual order.
Fentimans has the right to exercise points 1 and 2 on a case by case basis.
All logos, artwork and product images remain ours and can’t be used anywhere else without prior permission of Fentimans Ltd.
By agreeing to purchase a product using the steps outlined on this website you (customer) will enter a contract with us (supplier) and payment is requested at this point. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and we reserve the right to amend these at any time.
Orders and Delivery Information
Orders placed by 2.30pm between Monday and Friday will be dispatched on the same day and will arrive within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will arrive within 2 working days from Monday 9am.
Due to the weight of the goods sold and shipping restrictions, each order is limited to a maximum of 6 items. If you wish to order more, please place a separate order.
All orders are sent via courier and can be tracked via the confirmation of dispatch email. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of placing your order (Monday to Friday) please contact email@example.com
We are unable to alter orders once they have been placed. If you wish to change delivery details please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will do our best to help. We aim to dispatch same day of receiving an order so this may not be possible.
We will class an order as missing if it has not arrived 5 working days after the date of dispatch. Please contact email@example.com in this case.
Delivery cost for your order is stated during the order process.
Returns & refunds
If your order is visibly damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse delivery. Should you sign for a parcel and discover it’s damaged, we will happily issue a replacement providing the following criteria are met:
· Goods were purchased from Fentimans.com (not a 3rd reseller)
· Damaged goods are reported within 72 hours of delivery and a photograph is taken of the damaged goods within the original packaging.
· Bottles and cans have not been opened. Please send an image of damaged goods within the original packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are unable to replace bottles or cans that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers.
If you decide that what you have ordered isn’t for you or you don’t like it, you have 30 days upon receipt of delivery to return the goods. Please return the item(s) unused and in original condition, including packaging. Once we have received the item(s) back undamaged a full refund (minus delivery charge) will be issued and received by you within 5 working days.
Customers are required to pay shipping costs for the return of goods and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure goods are returned safely. If goods are retuned damaged Fentimans are not obliged to issue a refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are unable to offer refunds on bottles or cans that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers.
If you wish to return an unwanted gift, please note that the refund can only be made to the individual who purchased the goods, via the original payment method.
A refund can not be issued or an exchange made to the individual who received the gift.
